Meeting minutes
Minutes are kept of our meetings. Ordinary General Meetings (OGMs) or our usual meetings. Annual General Meetings (AGMs), usually held earlier in the year (January - March) to select a new committee and is open to any JET alumni. An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) may be held for special situations like disciplinary action, or to make amendments to the Charter.
Minutes are available upon request. Please contact us if you wish to see meeting minutes at a particular month or year.
Rules and regulations
Our Charter contains the by-laws that determines our mission goal, election of our committee and others.
Our Charter was last updated on February 2023. If you have any particular question not addressed by the Charter specifically, please contact us.
