WE ARE AN ALUMNI BODY THAT PROMOTES AUSTRALIAN-JAPAN CULTURAL EXPERIENCES
We are alumni of the JET Programme, a Japanese government initiative aimed at promoting grass-roots international exchange between Japan and the world. Our award-winning chapter is funded and backed by CLAIR (Council of Local Authorities and International Relations), a part of the Japanese government.
We promote and foster language and cultural exchange between Australia and Japan, organise social and networking events and provide a social support network for recently returned JETs and other alumni. We also provide support for the JET Programme, working with the Consulate-General of Japan and CLAIR.
